About Linda

Linda is a Real Estate Broker in Idaho and Washington and has been for nearly 30 years. She has been a Top Producer nearly every year. Linda has received The President's Elite award from Coldwell Banker International twice, an award for the Top 2% in the World in Production. The Presidents Circle Award from Coldwell Banker 12 times, and The Diamond Award from Coldwell Banker several times. She has also received the Spirit Award from Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, and the Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty’s Highest Achievement Award four times in 19 years.

Linda served on the Grievance Committee for the CDA Association of Realtors for many years, the Circle of Excellence Committee, and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee. She also served on Post Falls City Council for 14 years over four terms. Before that, she served the city on the Planning and Zoning Commission for nine years. Linda served on the Job's Plus Board of Directors for many years and was The Post Falls Strategic Committee Chair for the Post Falls Beautification Committee Project, which built the freeway water features. Their group raised tens of thousands of dollars in cash and tens of thousands of dollars in "in-kind' donations to build those water features with no tax-payer money.

Linda won the Post Falls Citizen of The Year Award for 2013 and is so excited to serve her hometown community. She wants to take the opportunity to thank the hundreds of friends, family, and clients for nearly three decades of success and lessons. She appreciates you all so very much.
