Lindsay Allen has been working in the North Idaho real estate market since 2008. Since that time she has been involved in hundreds of listing sales, property purchases, new builds, and scaling investment opportunities for her clients. She absolutely loves what she does and it shows in the relationships she builds with her clients. Repeat business and referrals are a large portion of her business, and clients can find her on YouTube (Locate Real Estate- North Idaho Lindsay) giving tips on local happenings, and advice on the local market.
Lindsay has also had the opportunity to be incredibly involved in her community and industry which helps her be as well-rounded of a real estate professional as possible. She currently sits on the Coeur d'Alene Regional Realtors Board of Directors as past President, on the Idaho Realtors Board of Directors as the North District Vice President, and on the Coeur d'Alene Regional Chamber Board of Directors as a local director. Additionally, she is a founding member of our Regional Realtor's Young Professional Network, a graduate of the Idaho Realtors Leadership Academy, a State Political Coordinator for Idaho Realtors, the past chair of the Chamber Leadership Committee, and a graduate of the Chamber Leadership (2017) and Advanced Leadership (2019) classes.
