Lindsay helped me with my first home purchase recently, and I’m so glad she was my agent! I expected the process to be overwhelming, since I’ve had very little exposure to real estate transactions, but Lindsay made everything so incredibly easy! Her communication was excellent, and she did great at keeping things on time and rolling along during escrow. On top of that, she handled all the behind the scenes issues as they popped up, keeping my stress levels to a minimum during the transaction. I was extremely satisfied with Lindsay’s performance and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Lindsay was my first realtor I have ever had and she made the experience by far an amazing one. She was constantly there for me by answering any questions I had. On top of that, we were able to close Escrow in 15 days with her help! It was so quick and amazing. She picked out houses that she thought were really what we wanted and boy did she find us the perfect house! Now I’m living in a four bedroom of my dreams thanks to her help. She made the time for me almost no matter what time of day it was. I couldn’t recommend her any more- she was so talented. If I ever plan to sell or buy again, I’ll be reaching out to her.

WOW - let me tell you, Lindsay was absolutely wonderful!! My partner and I were first time home buyers, which made buying in this market truly unnerving, but her timeliness, willingness to go above and beyond while advocating on our behalf, extensive knowledge, amazing network of partners, and professionalism enabled us to become REAL CONTENDERS in a very competitive market. Working with Lindsay was a great experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Lindsay's expertise, timeliness, patience, and professionalism really helped us through the process. Due to the fact that my husband and I have busy opposing schedules, we did not have a lot of time to work together on this and Lindsay made sure that both of us were equally involved. She negotiated on our behalf, guided us on the best property investment, and supported us through two housing contracts (one of which we backed out on). Lindsay made this process realistic and fun! I absolutely recommend her for first time home buyers.

Since buying a house nowadays is worse than getting unemployment, the paperwork the hoops you need to jump through, WOW! Lindsay was a trooper! She asked me what I was looking for and she was on it! She showed me 15-20 pieces of property but she nailed it with the first one, went back and made an offer and she did the rest! Her co worker Peter Marhle was an added bonus by getting all the paperwork in order and helping me through the financial part of it all! I highly recommend this team to whomever is wanting a good experience, wouldn’t have been able without them

Lindsay helped me purchase a property in December. She was very attentive and really focused on finding you the perfect property (which she delivered). She has a friendly demeanor, great communication, fantastic knowledge, and incredibly helpful when it came to being at pest/home inspections. She made the process easy and I can say I will certainly be recommending her to family and friends. She never pushed or pressured me and everything was done digitally so I didn’t need to constantly print and sign documents. If you’re looking for an agent who puts as much care in finding you a property as she would for her own family then Lindsay is the realtor for you.
