From the outset Lindsay was a consummate professional and supported us in so many ways to help us achieve a successful sale.She brought us a well-researched report of area comps for us to set an appropriate list price, which resulted in more than 35 showings and multiple offers.She gave us thoughtful advice to help us present our house to its best advantage. She was patient and diplomatic to keep us confidently on track during COVID. When we experienced an unimaginable delay with movers, she was immediately on site to help us with many last-minute details of clearing out and cleaning up! We heard of Lindsay through a friend of us that recommended her, so we gave her a try. Our very first impression was one of professionalism and a focus on results. She inspired trust. So we decided to stick with her, which was absolutely the right thing to do. She was always super friendly, always went into detail on questions we would ask her, provided advice on whether something made sense or not for what we were looking for, she was very available, and has a really good network of people you may need (lenders, inspectors, roofer, etc).

Once the offer was made, she handheld us through the purchasing process itself, coordinating the necessary inspections, getting quotes for the repairs and guided us on how to frame the requests for credit from the seller that would make it hard for them to reject.

Would we recommend her? Absolutely.
Would we work with her again? You bet!

Lindsay Shuman helped us to sell our son's home during a difficult time in our lives. She was exceptionally kind and considerate of our unique needs. She provided us as much time and space as we needed to prepare for the sale of the home, as well as helped us dispose of possessions we did not want to keep. She was always prompt and responsive. We purchased a home in San Diego while living in AZ. We were referred to Lindsay by a friend and couldn’t have been referred to a better realtor! Lindsay’s continued responsiveness and follow through with all of our questions or concerns was truly amazing.
We were one of 7 offers on the home and in this competitive market, didn’t know if our offer would be accepted. The buyers realtor told us that our offer was accepted largely in part because of Lindsay’s professional communication and ability to present our offer. We know we were able to purchase our house because of Lindsay!
She continually kept us updated and her knowledge and experience clearly showed. She always answered our questions and never left us feeling confused. She honestly receives a 5+ Stars and couldn’t recommend a better person. Buying a home while living in another state is a challenge, but Lindsay made the process extremely smooth and comfortable for us from the moment we met her to the final closing of the home we purchased. Lindsay came highly referred to my wife and me from a friend, and after working with her throughout the process of purchasing our dream home, it's safe to say she far exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first conversation, Lindsay was extremely communicative, always available to chat and answer any questions we had no matter the time of day, and always followed through with everything she said she would do. Her knowledge of the real estate market in San Diego was very impressive and her guidance and advice really helped put us at ease. Lindsay was the best realtor we could ask for as a first time home buyer during covid! From beginning to end, we were so thankful to have her lead our real estate team - touring us and helping us find what exactly we were looking for and ultimately helping us write a winning offer for a perfect home for us. She was patient as we navigated the uncertain waters of a covid home buying market and persistent with the sellers to make sure our offer stood out among the many others. Even though it took a few tries to get our offer accepted, it was worth it and ended up being the best house. And with 27 offers on it, they picked ours, which wasn't even the highest by $50k!

The deal doesn't stop with an accepted offer though. Lindsay's professionalism and dedication helped us through the escrow process, and any bumps that came along in the road. We ultimately got everything we were looking for at a fair price in a crazy market! We couldn't be happier and enthusiastically recommend anyone looking to work with Lindsay.

Lindsay was amazing! We’re first time homebuyers and Lindsay helped us find our dream condo in University Heights. The fact that she had previously worked with the listing agent definitely helped us get our offer accepted.

Our friends referred us to Lindsay to help purchase our firm home in Pt. Loma. Lindsay's expertise proved to be instrumental in navigating a complex receivership sale, over a stressful 82-day escrow. Lindsay helped us submit the most attractive offer to the seller to beat out other bids. After opening escrow, Lindsay walked us through each step (and roadblock) over three months to get to the closing table. We had the best experience with Lindsay in buying our new home and selling our condo! We were in contact 2-3 years before as we started looking at homes and then changed our mind. The entire time Lindsay was patient and understanding. When we were ready again we reached out to her and she was ready for us. She always made us feel like we were her most important customer and went above and beyond throughout the process. She knows her stuff! Lindsay is honest and won't try tactics just to get you to buy a specific home.

When I first started thinking I wanted to look into purchasing a home, I had to find recommendations from others who a good realtor would be for the process. A coworker of mine had recently bought his 3rd home. He said Lindsay was by far the best he had worked with. And he was right. Lindsay is a great and kind lady who is extremely knowledgeable.
