The #1 sales agent in New Paltz in 2017 and 2018, Lindsay Stevens is a New Paltz native who specializes in residential and commercial real estate. Lindsay has over 15-years of business development, marketing and sales experience and is the co-founder of Stevens Realty Group. Opening their doors in New Paltz in 2010, Lindsay has assisted in the growth of Stevens Realty Group from conception into a multi-million-dollar real estate and property management firm.

With a background in Legal Studies and Business from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Lindsay has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Edelman Public Relations and Morgan Stanley. Her expertise ranges from sales, marketing, communications, client and public relations, advertising and client negotiations. Lindsay heads-up a great deal of Stevens Realty Groups client representation, including their sales and marketing efforts, as well as all community outreaches. She also assists in overseeing their Property Management and Maintenance Divisions, handling accounts from single family residences, multi-units, to developments and community associations. Lindsay has a marketing mind that focuses keenly on maximizing exposure for her clients by implementing savvy internet-based marketing campaigns, social networking strategies, and online advertising programs. She works tirelessly in her role as an entrepreneur and business owner to consistently think creatively and raise the bar in the real estate industry. Lindsay is a proud mother of two daughters, Mya and Kalli. She is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, growing up on the trails of the Mohonk Preserve in New Paltz. She is a lover of all things Hudson Valley and proud to ground her roots right here where she considers home.
