Lindsay was our gold in Gold Country! At our first meeting, we immediately felt a connection as she was personable and easygoing. Lindsay was thoughtful with the homes she recommended, extremely knowledgeable about the area and the local market, responsive to our inquiries, respectful of our price point, and patient with our decision process. In fact Lindsay realized it before we did that the home we purchased was exactly what we were looking for! We are thrilled to be in our dream retirement home and we have Lindsay to thank for making it a reality.

Lindsay just helped me find a wonderful home for my kids and I. She was there to answer any questions I had and was readily available for my needs. When you can feel that your agent truly has your best interest in heart, it makes the experience so much less stressful. Lindsay went to bat for me on a couple of occasions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

I can honestly say that I don’t think she cared about her commission, but sincerely cared about my kids and mine well being. Highly recommend Lindsay as a real estate agent in Nevada County!

I recently purchased a property and used Lindsay Weills as my Realtor. Over the years I've worked with a lot of different agents and they are not all created equal. Lindsay was nothing short of amazing. She was on top of every aspect of the transaction from start to finish from negotiating to closing. I'm far from the perfect client and I had my own emotional roller coaster I was on and Lindsay patiently worked with me and listened to all my rambling, drawn out concerns and questions. There were times where I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision in buying this property and Lindsay would listen and bring up angles that I hadn't considered but also agreed with me on a number of my concerns. That I can tell you is extremely rare! I never felt like she was putting the sale or her commission ahead of my best interests! Totally amazing. She took my calls, emails, text messages at all hours and days and was great everytime. She has a great, positive outlook, good sense of humor , mixed with good ethics, knowledge and hard work. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor whether you are buying a new property or selling one. Thank you for everything Lindsay.

There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful a realtor Lindsay Weills is. She was born and raised in Nevada County and has such deep knowledge of all its parts, which is so helpful if you’re unfamiliar with the area. She’s super personable, friendly, funny and is great at guiding you through the process of home ownership, even if you know absolutely nothing (like I did in the beginning 😅). Also because of her deep roots in Nevada County, she has many connections that aid in the process of buying a home. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of finding a new home, property, etc. I would choose her again and again if I ever need!
