Lindsay Bennet was great. Her advice was invaluable in helping us prepare our home for sale. She knew what would help sell the house and what would not. She also had great advice on negotiations with the buyers. We are so glad we had her to guide us through the sale of our home. In addition, she is a very friendly person and was a pleasure to work with. We moved out of state after the sale of our home, but if we were still in the Bolingbrook area, Lindsay would be our go-to realtor.

I loved my experience with Lindsey. She made selling and buying so very easy. Her drive, no nonsense attitude and knowledge is really impressive. This was my 2nd experience buying a house and 1st experience selling. There was not a single stressful moment for me. Her team of people, from lender to lawyer to videographer were all impressive as well. I will recommend Lindsey to everyone and anyone going forward.

Lindsey is the best! I happened to call her by random chance after seeing her reviews online and could not have been happier that we found her!

We were trying to relocate from the city to the suburbs and it was so easy working with her. Her viewing schedules were flexible and she is very knowledgeable regarding things to pay attention to and offered valuable suggestions that we totally missed as first time home buyers. She was also incredibly helpful during the offer negotiations and was able to guide us make a great offer.

My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers. We met Lindsey through Mike’s family and we were not disappointed. She worked great with us answering all of our insane amount of rookie questions. Her response time was impeccable as the current market was and is moving quickly. She really wanted to find the perfect home for us by making sure it hit all of our check marks. Lindsey has been so amazing to work with. She was so personable, professional and responsive. She went above and beyond and blew us away the first time we met. She brought cookies (which immediately won the kids over) and sat down and answered our one million questions. We felt so comfortable and confident in using her to sell our house after that initial meeting, we canceled all the other appointments we had with other realtors.
She was so easy to work with and we felt so supported and taken care of in the way she handled the process from start to finish. And she was so incredibly kind. During our first meeting I told her the hardest thing to leave behind would be the amazing sunsets and that I loved them so much that I had a whole highlight reel of them on my instagram. Not long after we went under contract, she showed up with one of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever received....prints from my page of some of my favorite sunsets!

I will forever send anyone looking for a realtor her way. She made what could be a super stressful experience, so easy and seamless and provided THE best customer service EVER!

Lindsey Bennett was by far the biggest asset we had in finding a new house. She was comfortable and knowledgeable about all six towns we were interested in. She never gave her opinion unless asked but made sure to point out any problems the house may have. She never pushed us to buy and was invested in us finding OUR house.
On top of all that she was fun and pleasant to work with. In this crazy market you simply can’t go wrong with Lindsey Bennett

Lindsey was very good at handling the emotional aspects of moving and keeping things in perspective during a crazy time. She has great contacts that helped with aspects of the process outside of her duties (lenders, inspectors, attorneys, etc.) She was super patient showing us what felt like a million houses during our search. Lindsey was absolutely amazing and patient with us during our whole home buying experience. As first time home buyers with tons of questions and not knowing any of the intricate details, my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Let me just say this to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent... Lindsey Bennett is THE BEST agent in the DuPage County area. My wife and I needed to find our forever home and Lindsey found it for us. It was a very hot and fast situation for us since we were selling our 1st home and we needed to sell our house to buy a house. She was there for the whole process. She stayed up late working with us while we were searching for our house, constant checking in during the day and making sure that she found us our forever home.
