Lindsey Pearsall

Lindsey is a real estate agent who loves a challenge. She got into real estate in her twenties buying her first home - a foreclosure that was the runt on the block. She wasn't deterred by the work involved; in fact, she found it exciting to roll up her sleeves and dive in. Lindsey quickly caught the real estate bug and discovered that she loved finding diamonds in the rough and wiping away the dirt to reveal their shine.


A house in Virginia, a condo in DC, a few rental properties in Nashville, and then Lindsey and Michael’s most recent renovation of their own dream home in West Seattle. Mountains, water, and the nearby city life drew them to Seattle while West Seattle’s scenic views and laid-back vibe solidified their neighborhood. She and Michael have finally put down roots for their family in the best place imaginable.


Beyond real estate, Lindsey loves learning to live more eco-friendly, yoga and meditation (even if it’s a 1-minute/day practice these days), building community, and being a mama to her two amazing kids.
