Congratulations on the decision to buy or sell a home! I am Lindsey Roddy, a licensed REALTOR® and Executive Broker of the McGraw REALTORS® Hot Springs office. I have been serving home buyers and sellers throughout central Arkansas since 2014.
Throughout my career, I have always worked with my client’s best interests at heart while taking an active role in industry programs, organizations, and events. I had the honor of starting the program, Reading for Kids at Cedar Mtn. Boys and Girls Club, to encourage youth to read. I have been an active member and held numerous leadership roles in the Hot Springs Village Board of REALTORS® for 5 consecutive years. I am honored to have been named Woman of Year 2022 for the Reader’s Choice. Today, I am very grateful to have reached the Diamond level in real estate.
In 2023, I made the decision to join McGraw. Making the decision to change brokerages isn’t easy, but I was quickly drawn to the incredible energy and excitement that the McGraw agents exude. It is rewarding to be part of a company whose culture is focused on tenacity, loyalty, and commitment. They provide ample tools, advanced high-level systems, and overall support for us to best serve our clients. I have recently created a dynamic team known as The Luxe Group at McGraw REALTORS®, where we specialize in luxury properties, residential home buying and selling, and investment properties.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I was born in Little Rock, raised in Hot Springs, AR and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. I have always been involved in sports clubs and organizations, playing college softball at Hendrix College and a college Cheerleader. Before launching my career in real estate, I worked as a carpenter for our family construction company and later the Chief Executive Officer for our family’s self-serve frozen yogurt store.
When not working, you will find spending quality time with my husband and kids! I love watching my kids’ sports events, weekend getaways, or simply swimming at the pool. My husband is an incredible athlete, who has a passion for coaching young athletes in basketball and football. Our children keep us moving with travel basketball, competitive gymnastics, and football. A few of my favorite things are pool time, Amazon shopping (LOL!), game night with the family, working out, and my herbal morning teas!
