Lindsey Stapay

Born and raised in the Rocky Mountains, Lindsey Shorthouse Stapay is well-versed in what makes mountain communities so special. After a political campaign & software development company, Lindsey jumped on the chance at Real Estate Development firm endeavor to build the first LEED Certified Residential Building in N. America, Gaining her brokerage license and CSU Green Built Certificate while leveraging her passion for environmental issues. Lindsey directly works with owner/developers in Commercial, Single and Multi Family projects. 300 sold units later, it was clear—real estate was her calling.

Stapay has over a decade of small business advocacy as Founder of Westward Broker at eXp, Lindsey brings her extensive expertise in commercial real estate and contract negotiation. During her three-year tenure as the Executive Director of the NW CO Small Business Dev. Center with the CO Governor's office, Lindsey's team successfully raised over $8.4 million in capital and contracts for small businesses. She achieved this through crucial assistance in business operations, marketing, and finances. Lindsey also took the lead in hosting multiple business conferences, including the state's largest gathering for women entrepreneurs.
Beyond the professional realm, Lindsey embraces the Summit County lifestyle with her big dog, little girl, and handsome husband. Their favorite family pastimes include hiking, skiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
