Although my full time residence is near Madison, WI, I am the broker/owner of Flat Fee Pros, LLC in both the Las Vegas,NV and South Central Wisconsin markets.
My career in the housing industry began as a lender in the Madison, WI area. After many years in Wisconsin, I continued my lending career in Las Vegas. I have a love for both cities and the people in them.
It is my ties to both cities that has afforded me the opportunity to bring a new approach to the flat fee real estate concept by offering an all inclusive listing price of 999 dollars with just $1000 commission at the close of escrow. There are no "ala carte fees" for additional services.
