Lisa Baldwin

Lisa Baldwin is a Full Time Realtor® licensed over 20 years. Currently licensed in three states - Vermont, New Hampshire and New Jersey, she is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She served as a Director on the Windsor County Board of REALTORS® from 2007 to 2012 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Lisa is both a Certified Coldwell Banker Luxury Property specialist and a Certified Coldwell Banker Negotiation Specialist.

Lisa holds a Bachlelors of Arts Degree (BA) in both Accounting and Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance. Although she has a strong finance background, Lisa always had an interest in real estate. Consequently, she decided to change careers and do what she does best - delivering top-notch service.

As your real estate agent, Lisa will provide professional real estate services to both buyers and sellers in both central Vermont and the New Hampshire Upper Valley areas. She is hard working, committed to people, teamwork and customer satisfaction. By using both her educational and 15 years corporate experience, she knows what customers desire - dedication and someone who is going to deliver.

She specializes in residential real estate, luxury properties, vacation/second home properties, investment properties, new homes and land. She offers seller and buyer representation to both primary and secondary home owners as well as the expertise to first home buyers and those relocating or retiring to the area.

She enjoys traveling, gardening, gourmet cooking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and hiking with her 2 yellow labs and co-piloting for her husband. She is a certified Open Water Scuba Diver (SSI) and currently resides in the Upper Valley.
