Having grown up in Colorado, and now raising my three boys here, provides me valuable insight into communities, school districts, and factors that are important to real estate transactions. My personal experiences span many neighborhoods as well as price ranges. Building a million dollar custom home from the ground up also gives me a unique perspective for my clients; I have a keen eye for quality and I know the details that bring value to a home. After living in Colorado for nearly 40 years, I have a unique knowledge of the Denver area that I can share as I help others buy or sell their home.
