Lisa Barros, a native Delawarean, joined Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013. Since that time, she has listed and sold nearly $100 million in residential properties spanning the Delaware coast. She has continually built her real estate business by drawing on both her business and personal backgrounds. This has placed Lisa as one of the top ranking realtors within the county and coastal area. In both 2019 and 2020, she received the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, presented for outstanding customer service.
With a degree in business management and an MBA in marketing, Lisa was a very successful advertising account manager for a large range of companies, from small start-up firms to multinationals such as the DuPont Company. During this time, Lisa developed an avid personal interest in real estate, buying and selling a number of personal and investment properties, as well as building several custom homes. In 2013, Lisa merged her business marketing expertise with her real estate acumen by obtaining her Delaware Realtor® license. Her attention to detail, exceptional listening and communication abilities, coupled with superb negotiation skills, has proved to be invaluable assets to her clients.
In the past, Lisa has been an active board member of both the Central Delaware Soccer Association, Olympic Development Team, and the local synagogue. She enjoys the natural beauty of the Delaware beaches with her grown children and expanding families.
