Lisa is an outstanding realtor. Excellent communicator, respectful, responsive, highly knowledgeable about the local market, and professional. She helped us to get an offer within a few days, and we sold very fast. We recommend Lisa for many reasons, but the main reason was that she respected our family, our home, and was dedicated to helping us get the exact selling price that we wanted, and in the extremely fast deadline that were moving under.

Lisa ensured that all of our needs were met from the start. Her experience and knowledge gave us insight on things to look for when shopping for our home. Open communication and transparency are important and we received that throughout the entire process. And, she made sure that we received all of our wants when dealing with the seller. 2 months from start of search to closing! 10/10 I highly recommend Lisa Blow.

Lisa was phenomenal!! I can't praise her enough. She really got to know my family and what we were looking for. She engaged with my kids and got to no them. Even when we were on the way to see a house they would ask if she would be there by name. They enjoyed spending time with her as much as me and my wife did. She answered all of our questions and knew the area. She was up front and just amazing. In the end, she recommended we look at a house that we might be interested in. Turned out to be the house we bought. Outstanding!!

TLDR: Lisa is detail oriented and very knowledgeable at her job. Highly recommend/ would use again!!

We’re transplants, and we were very worried about buying a home in an unknown area/market. Lisa was a great resource for setting realistic expectations, how to make offers that would be taken seriously, and what to expect from local sellers. She was flexible when we shifted our wants and expanded our search outside our original parameters. She was great at answering our million questions, and the single time she didn’t know the answer she sought it out with her peers. Even after the deal was done, she made sure we got money back that we had double paid.

We had some family health issues happen during the process, and it gave us peace of mind knowing Lisa was keeping an eye on things. We felt safe and secure, even when we didn’t fully trust others. I cannot sing her praises enough. Thank you!!

It has been an absolute delight working with Lisa to find our first home. She is very friendly, very patient, very knowledgeable, very transparent and very thorough. Right from our first meeting, we could easily tell she had our best interest at heart. We never felt pressured at any point. She was even accommodating of bringing our little boys along on some of our tours. The NOVA market is super competitive, yet, Lisa got us through.

We absolutely LOVE our new home and honestly speaking, 5-stars are woefully inadequate to describe the magnificent experience my family received as first-time homebuyers. In fact, Lisa totally deserves a whole GALAXY.

Lisa Blow is the consummate professional realtor. I was lucky enough to find her through Realtor.com. She was excellent at communicating status updates throughout the home buying process. Day 1, she asked me about requirements to begin my home search. Lisa set up a portal which constantly updated with new home listings based upon my wants/needs. It automatically sent an email to me when a new property fit my search requirements. This ensured that I had the latest information as soon as it became available.
She helped me locate a loan broker and seamlessly lined up closing even though there were a couple of hiccups along the way (none of which were her fault). Lisa was able to coordinate a lot behind the scenes without my involvement and always communicated these updates with all involved parties.
When Lisa walked me through a house, she made sure to point out not only good parts of the home, she also pointed out the negatives. This was something I greatly appreciated since it’s easy to get excited during the homebuying process and look at homes with rose colored glasses. I felt like a good friend was next to me looking out for my best interests. One home we walked through had a couple of obvious things that required fixing. She went above and beyond and let the seller know these items required attention.
Lisa provided recommendations for home inspectors and coordinated the appointment. Following the inspection, she did an excellent job coordinating getting these items fixed prior to closing. She communicated these deficiencies with the seller and provided me updates along the way. Before closing she made sure we completed another walk through to make sure all deficiencies were rectified or scheduled to be fixed with associated documentation. Her attention to detail made my life much easier during the stressful home buying process.
At the end, Lisa provided all documents encountered throughout the entire homebuying process in a tidy folder and emailed these documents as well. Lisa also delivered a lovely welcome home basket full of items I immediately put to use since I was moving in at a later date and literally had nothing else in the house. These extra steps show that Lisa goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her as a realtor!!!
