About Lisa

Lisa Bouck, is a native of Sarasota, who has extensive knowledge of Sarasota & its surrounding areas. Lisa became a realtor in 1994, & one of the leading real estate agents in Lakewood Ranch when it was first being developed. In 1995, Lisa married her husband & together they have two beautiful daughters. Her favorite past times are boating, traveling, reading, & spending time with her dog, Ollie. While raising her family, Lisa helped run the family construction company, after several years, she returned to real estate, managing two offices & a property management company. In 2015, Lisa returned to full time active sales, teaming up with Joe & Virginia Holleran, who she has known for over 20 years to form The Holleran-Bouck Team. For many years, Joe & Virginia lived in Binghamton, NY where their four children were born. Joe was in the Coal business & Virginia was a REALTOR & member of the local school board. In the mid 80's, Joe & Virginia began visiting Florida. They quickly decided on the Gulf Coast. Over several years they visited areas from Tarpon Springs to Naples but Always returned to their First Love - Sarasota. In 1994, they decided to make Sarasota their home & moved with their two youngest children who finished High School in the local school system. At that time Joe, joined Virginia in the Real Estate business & quickly become one of Sarasota leading Real Estate Teams. Over the years they have won many Production Awards but more importantly they have received numerous Customer Satisfaction Awards including 15+ years as a FIVE STAR Professional (awarded to less than 2% of agents). The New Team has made Customer Service their Primary Goal with more Comprehensive Focus on SERVICE to both Buyers & Sellers.
