Lisa is a phenomenal realtor who is genuine and really cares about her clients. Lisa spent a majority of her weekends with us looking at homes we were interested in, writing up offers, and communicating with other realtors to find homes that would be of interest to us. We were able to find a home after making only two other offers and we are so happy that Lisa was by our side the entire process sharing her opinions based on her experiences and knowledge of the housing market. We found the perfect home as first time buyers and we are so excited to raise a family here. We couldn't be more grateful to have had Lisa as our realtor. THANK YOU SO MUCH LISA!! Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with, she went above and beyond to help us find a home. It was a long road because we were limited by FHA financing but she stuck with us and helped us every step of the way. I would 110% recommend her to everyone looking for a home she is a Godsend

We are very lucky to have met Lisa Derome! She has proven that integrity can still be accomplished today. There are a lot of people that do a good job but Lisa is one of the few who go beyond the call of duty without being asked. Lisa's diverse experiences bring an exceptional eye
for details that will make a home desirable to buyers. We had some real estate issues, where Lisa went above and beyond, that moved the sale of our home forward in a timely manner. One of her best assets is her listening skill, that made many aspects of preparing and selling the property go quickly. You can feel at ease about putting your house in capable hands!

" Lisa is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to listing our home, she suggested we do a few upgrades to make the house more marketable. She also suggested we get a septic surveyor to locate our septic system (we only had a vague idea where it was located) and make sure it was within the guidelines of a home on a lake so we didn't have any issues once the property was listed. Following her advice, we had our house staged since we had already moved out and an empty house is harder for a buyer to get a feel for a home's potential. Our home was well priced and we got a full offer within 3 weeks of listing our home right in the height of the corona virus! She's thoughtful -Lisa left disposable gloves, wipes and sanitizer on the front porch of our home so buyers could view the home without worry. Lisa goes above and beyond -The inspection revealed an issue with our septic system that caught us by surprise. Lisa got on the phone that day and lined up 3 septic companies to come to our home and give us quotes to correct the problem. Selling a home and moving can be very stressful but Lisa made sure to keep in touch with us and the buyer's agent to ensure a smooth process. She's a joy to work with and truly cares about her clients."

Lisa was very instrumental in helping us find our first home. We were first time home buyers who were very nervous because we had a lot of questions and just general inexperience. Lisa walked us through 48 houses and was always quick to point out why the house would work for us but also what the inspection would turn up and what could hurt potential resale value (like living next to a cemetery). She treated us in almost a mothering way and it is exactly what we needed. She was very communicative and never hesitated to reach out to selling agents with questions or updates on submitted offers. Lisa also has a network of people who were equally responsive and able to answer questions (broker, inspector, etc.) We hear horror stories all the time about the first time buying process but for us our process was relatively smooth. We highly recommend Lisa for all the first time buyers out there!

She was prompt and communicated well. She was well informed on the properties I looked at, and there were many. She watched out for me and helped me greatly all the way through. I'm happy with the property we found. If she carried wasp spray she would be the best realtor in NH.
