We sure had an amazing adventure in selling our home with Lisa Doyle, Diana Carcamo and all of the Doyle Team members. Lisa and Diana were very hard working and showed a formidable ability to resolve every unusual detail that arose during their representation of our out-of-state seller listing. Managing an out-of-state seller transaction is sure to encounter unique challenges during the sales process and ours was no exception.

The most compelling example of their fortitude was shown through Diana’s efforts to help save our darling Siamese cat, Radar, who was inadvertently given away to a family while we were preparing the house for sale flying in and out to Concord, CA several times. Diana was there to help translate and coordinate with the adoptive family and Radar was reunited with my mother. They are inseparable now !!!

She is very well known and respected in the Bay Area Real Estate industry, which is why two separate people referred her to me. I felt lucky to have Diana as my agent. All my home repairs and upgrades for the sale were billed through escrow so I paid for very little upfront out of pocket. Lisa even pitched in and paid for a few things so I could get my house on the market in a timely manner.

We met Diana Carcamo when we paid a casual visit to an open house she was hosting. Little did we know that a casual encounter started our process for selling and buying houses with Diana.
During our open house visit, we observed that Diana had her open house from 11 AM to 4 PM that was longer than the typical 1 PM to 4 PM. Our conversation with her showed that she was very knowledgeable with the features and locality of the house and was pleasant to talk with. This first encounter led to a second meeting with her and Lisa Dole when we had the opportunity to ask them more questions. They were able to show us that they understood the local real estate market, the regulations, and would work hard for her clients. Right on the spot, we hired Diana to sell and buy our houses.
Soon after, she was able to recommend good contractors to complete the painting, landscaping, and staging jobs in a short order. Within a week, the house was prepared well and put on the market. Just 5 days on the market, 12 offers were generated and the winning offer was $300K over the asking price.
The buying was just as smooth as the selling even though it still was a seller’s market. Diana’s experience and knowledge with the property value of the local market helped us avoid bidding on a house that was listed at too high a price. Later, it showed that she was right as the house was lingering in the market without buyers. We then took her advice to make an offer to another house. She was able to suggest an appropriate offer price, resulting in the seller's acceptance of our offer.
It has been a pleasure working with Diana in both our selling and buying processes. Not only is she experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, she is also patient, responsive, and hard working. We would recommend Dian Carcamo highly for all your real estate needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Doyle when I was listing my home for sale in San Ramon. After working with her for several months, what impressed me was her bountiful amount of knowledge. Whenever I had a real estate question, whether it was about how property taxes are calculated after a home purchase or who should pay title and escrow fees and county and city transfer fees, she knew the answer! She went to bat for me when the sellers of a property I bought ripped out 3 bookcases and 2 lights and when the sink was draining slowly. Lisa got me fair compensation for the missing furniture and wall damage and got my sink fixed. She back end markets your home for maximum foot traffic on Saturday/Sunday open houses. Then when the offers roll in by Tuesday evening, she pits bidders against each other to maximize your profits, resulting in a sales price hundreds of thousands of dollars over listing. I recommend Lisa highly if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the east bay. She is a native, has been doing real estate in the East Bay for 30 yrs and will help you get your dream home or sell your current home with excellent results!
