Lisa Evcic-Amicone

Lisa was born in Philadelphia and raised in Norristown and Collegeville. She currently lives in Limerick Township with her family. She graduated in 1992 from the Spring-Ford Area School District and earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University in 1996. Throughout high school and college, she worked solely in the restaurant business so that seemed like a natural career choice for her. After 5 years of management and working those crazy restaurant hours with no quality of life, she left that part of her life behind and searched for many years for a new career that would be a perfect fit. She finally found it in Real Estate! Since embarking on her Real Estate career in December of 2008, she has worked with hundreds of wonderful clients and have achieved multiple sales and service awards. After just 2 years in the business, she was appointed to the Relocation Team as a Certified Relocation Specialist. She has also named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by her clients in Philadelphia Magazine every year since 2012. In 2015, she was honored to be named the Director of Sales of the Collegeville office of Coldwell Banker Hearthside. After 4 years as Director of Sales she decided to return full-time to her true passion of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams! Her recently sold listings have an average of 6 days on the market and sellers have attained an average between 108% and 110% of their original asking price. She has worked with clients all over Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Berks, and Philadelphia Counties and looks forward to helping you with all your Real Estate needs!!! With over 30 years’ experience in sales-related fields, her knowledge and customer service skills are second to none. She is an initiative-taking individual who welcomes new challenges.
