As a full time Realtor since 1994, my business is based on referrals from past customers and clients. I enjoy giving back to my community; teach cooking classes for Senior Living, served as a board member for our pets at Stevens Swan Humane Society, and a volunteer for The National Ctr for Missing & Exploited Children-Mohawk Valley Branch. I've worked in the Banking and Credit Union Industry and currently own, since 1991 with my husband, Car-Li Home Builders, Inc.

As a Buyer's Agent, I represent the buyer's interest by negotiating the purchase on the terms acceptable to the buyer and follow the same fiduciary duties.
