About Lisa

Lisa loves selling real estate, and it has been her lifelong dream to be a REALTOR® since the age of seven. Lisa has been a full-time Realtor for 32 years and has never had a day where she woke up and did not want to go to work.

Currently owning another local real estate company with a partner, Lisa has owned this new company for three years since that relationship dissolved. In the eight years since founding that company, she went from not knowing a soul in Vermont to creating two vibrant, thriving businesses that have become very well respected and successful.

With 11 years in the local real estate business, Lisa has earned her Broker’s License, CRS, GRI, ABR, CSP, SFR, and SRES designations. She received an Educational Achievement Award for Outstanding Efforts in Continuing Education for seven consecutive years. Being an education junkie, she attends every seminar and educational event that she can, benefiting her clients by being qualified to manage any situation that comes up in the real estate sales process. Real estate is her passion, and she will often work 14-hour days to ensure that every detail is complete.

Specializing in residential real estate, including the listing and sale of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, one to four-unit multi-family homes, and foreclosure properties, Lisa is an experienced agent who can help clients get through the most difficult situations with grace and ease. Being an investor herself, with first-hand experience in owning seventeen rental properties, she is qualified to handle just about any situation that comes up in the real estate sales process.

Lisa also enjoys working with a wide range of clientele from first-time home buyers to investors, to corporate transferees. She particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, finding it extremely rewarding to help someone find their first home. However, whether clients are looking for their first home, a move-up home, or to improve their investment portfolio, she is there to help and will do everything that she can to make their home buying or selling experience a pleasurable one.

Having an excellent team of professionals to refer clients to who can assist in all aspects of their home purchase, including mortgage bankers, attorneys, home inspectors, and handyman referrals, Lisa and her team strive to make all aspects of the home purchase as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
