Lisa Garmon

Full time Real Estate Owner/Broker licensed since January 2001, specializing in residential, commercial, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, investment property. Attended Everett Community College for 2 years majoring in Business and Accounting, then Big Bend Community College for 2 more years graduating Phi Theta Kappa with an accounting degree. I built two of my own homes in Moses Lake and have purchased fixer-uppers for resale for many years. I worked for Aho Construction for 6 years as a project manager and owned Garmon Construction in which I was a general contractor specializing in renovations. Commissioner for the Moses Lake Tourism Commission and the 2011 Vice President of the Grant County Home Builders Association were 2 of many positions I have held in my community.
