Lisa helped us purchase our new home in south-east Fort Collins in the middle of a hot seller's market. She was informative, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I reached out to her just to look around at a couple of neighborhoods, worried I would be wasting her time. She assured me it was not a waste of her time, but part of the process and that there was no pressure or timeline. Once we found a house we liked, she explained the current real estate market and helped to make our offer competitive. We then got busy on getting our house ready to sell, and she walked us through every step of the process. In addition to helping us find the most competitive lender, she advised us on staging, decluttering, updates, etc. She moved heaven and earth to list our house in a short time, hiring an amazing photography team and hosting a successful open house. We got multiple offers on the first weekend that it was listed, and we had a smooth closing within 4 weeks. I can't recommend Lisa highly enough! She goes above and beyond for her clients and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Lisa Gould did a great job for me in so many ways. From showing me the listings I wanted to see, even at the last minute, to keeping in contact with the realtor on the house I was bidding on, Lisa made it all happen. She did a great job of assisting me in deciding how much to offer and under what terms in a very competitive market. My very first offer on a home was accepted, which I think is all but unheard of in this market.

I was feeling a lot of anxiety after my offer was accepted and Lisa answered all my questions and initiated contact with me regularly to see if there was anything I needed.

I highly recommend Lisa as a buyer broker and if I ever decide to sell my home, she will be the first person I call.
