My name is Lisa Guerin. I was born and raised in a quaint little tourist town in Oregon. Home of the Shakespearean Festival: "Ashland". I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Southern Oregon University in 1993. After graduation, I married my college sweetheart: Mike Guerin in 1994. After getting married, we moved to Folsom California. In 2000, we delivered our first child, Mara. She turned 19 this year. In 2004, we had our second Daughter, Nayda. She is 15 and an 9th grader. I have lived in Benicia for over 16 years. Benicia is a great place to raise kids, and own a home. In 2016, I received the "Top Producer" award for the year for my office. Which meant I sold more transactions than anyone else in my office. Two years ago, I decided to make a change and move to ReMax. In 2018, I received an award from my Brokerage: "100,000 Dollar Club Award." There are several things that set me a part from other Realtor's in town. One is my ability to think outside the box. I specialize in emotional transactions (that not many Realtors want to take on): Divorce and Criminal Divorce transactions. I also specialize in face to face networking, by door knocking neighborhoods. In this time of low inventory, it is absolutely essential that you have a Realtor that thinks outside of the box. I go into neighborhoods of my Client's or Investor's choice. I ask these homeowners if they have ever thought of selling their homes. I provide a letter to them and I enjoy educating and talking to homeowners at their front porches. This is a complimentary service that I provide each Buyer who is pre-qualified for a home and each Investor that are my Clients. I also use my Communication degree fully in order to successfully close each transaction. To me, each transaction is different and unique. I love what I do.
