Lisa did a phenomenal job in listing and selling our property! She always went the extra mile, which was so important to us since we ( out of necessity) had to do this long distance. My wife and I needed to move across NJ to get closer to family, and we had Lisa as our realtor purchasing a home in Ocean County. We were selling our original home in Somerset County and needed to add a contingency to our purchase contract. Lisa was a superstar and was able to accommodate our situation. She was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. All said and done we were able to execute and close on both homes within 45 days of us deciding to move, something I couldn't imagine any agent accomplish, but Lisa got it done. There were so many things that came up I have to imagine was new for almost any realtor, and Lisa was able to navigate the situation excellently. We had many reschedulings, a lot of communications with the seller's agent, attorney, and others, and she made the process feel incredibly easy. It helped a lot that she worked with pretty much every realtor we needed to put a contract in with, as well as having rock solid referrals for specialty work. My wife and I couldn't have done it without her and are so appreciative of her hard work. Definitely recommend and we will be reaching out to her on our next home sale in years to come

When I called on a listing I was lucky enough to get Lisa. That listing had closed but within a couple of days she called me with another. She advised me through the offer process. And thanks to her guidance I got the condo. I live over a hour away and Lisa made herself available when it was convenient for me. She helped me find local contractors and then met them at the condo when I couldn’t make it. Who does that?! She has been great to work with and she’s really nice too. We first met Lisa a few years back when she helped sell our MILs home after she passed. She was actually 1 of a few realtors we interviewed. She was just Great with every aspect of selling it for us. So when it came time for us to buy our first single family home ourselves, we definitely needed Lisa. Lisa was kind, understanding, experienced, personable, straightforward, punctual, and so much more. She listened to what we wanted, but helped us find what we really needed. Lisa also helped us with finding a great lawyer & title company for the process and the communication was spectacular. Even though we try to keep to Business hours when contacting Lisa, she was always available & courteous - every day of the week. She is constantly working behind the scenes: finding listings, talking to other realtors, researching the history of a house for you, etc.
She even presented us with a beautiful gift bag and very thoughtful card at closing. Everything from what we personally know of Lisa to the professional side, we just couldn't be happier.
