My experience with Steve and Lisa was more than 5 stars! They are full of local real estate experience, customer focused, reliable, supportive and transparent. Steve always kept me in informed on the local housing market. He shared price comparsons between my house and similar houses to discuss p any price adjustments to keep my house marketable.
Steve conducted open houses and gave me feedback afterwards.
When the house sold, Steve and I talked frequently regarding next steps and what I could expect.
Steve went above my expectations in everything.I would highly recommend this team to either help you buy or sell a home.

These two quite literally are the dream team! Lisa and Steve handled everything with such diligence and grace, our selling/closing and buying/closing of our homes was practically seamless! This whole process blew right for us the reality still hasn’t set in as I anticipated this process to be difficult and drawn out with our toddler and dogs. However after just 2 days listed, our home had offers and after 30 days we sold our old and purchased our new home! If you’re debating on using Steve and Lisa to represent you in anyway, do it! They are honest, they are fair, and they are professional, what more could you want when entrusting someone with one of the largest purchases in your life?! I cannot thank these two enough for all their hard work and truly caring about my family and I’s needs, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you guys!!

They provided up to date information as we moved closer to closing date. They worked really well with buyers agent and that worked towards a smooth sale. This was the fifth sale they worked for us. When you are buying a new build home from a builders agent there are a ton of things to consider. The average home buyer does not realize how to achieve the best price possible. Steve and Lisa do understand how to get the best price possible and the way to attack this is different by the builder. Save your self a lot of stress and give Steve and Lisa a call right away! We worked with Lisa and Steve to sell our house while planning a move across the country. From the first meeting to closing it was a pleasure dealing with both of them. They have a great methodology for coming up with comparable values to your own house and know the market well enough to not over-price the house. Going through the sale process, Lisa and Steve also have a large number of contacts to help take the stress of closing repairs off of our mind. I cannot say enough about Steve. He went above and beyond anything I could have asked. My wife has Stage IV cancer and my mom had just passed away. I live out of state and Steve took care of everything. Steve took care of finding a company for an estate sale and followed up consistently. They certainly go well beyond what other Realtors would to complete the sale, even helping me after closing. Lisa and Steve had an excellent marketing plan to sell my house. They brought out a professional photographer who took many beautiful photos and videos of the home. The process of showing the home was very professional. The closing was seamless and the team informed me of what to expect every step of the way. All in all, it was a very pleasant process dealing with Lisa and Steve.

Steve initially came to meet with me to talk about a plan to sell my home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and we came up with a price and a plan that was very suitable to my needs. He really is a great person to deal with!

Lisa and Steve we're great to work with. They answered every phone call quickly and made sure to get back to me with answers promptly. They are very knowledgeable about the entire process and in the end you really felt like you made two friends!

My husband and I are more than 100% satisfied with Steve and Lisa! Six months ago I got lucky and found his phone number on-line while using a realtor that was not putting her best foot forward to show us homes. After speaking with him for a few minutes, we quickly decided to switch realtors. We had pre-approval through a mortgage company and was having difficulty with financing once we found the home during the loan process. Steve recommended another company and it got done! Sadly enough, we had an unforeseen circumstance and needed to sell our house quickly and buy another within 6 months! It was easy to call Steve and tell him our circumstance and out on the search for another dream home we went! We had a large wish list and not easy to please. Once we found the house, Lisa submitted our offer quickly because there were other offers on the table same day. They got it done! I am clear to close and will be moving in our new house next week! This team has worked with us in difficult situations with 2 buys and financing within 6 months! He walked us through each step and they were available to us while on their vacation! They fought for us when we needed them gratefully took a personal interest in our difficult situation. Buying a home is so competitive right now and we could not be more pleased with Steve and Lisa! The Dynamic-Duo team of Lisa & Steve is like having a pair of superheroes to swoop in and save the day, or to make the analogy accurate, to save your sanity with the constant house-buying woes you'd normally experience. They are very easy to work with, make things easy to understand, and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Steve takes the driver's seat when it comes to field work, like a seasoned Jedi master, and believe me, he knows how to use The Force! He has an uncanny ability to shape things into a deal that normally shouldn't work out. He's like a mob-boss giving the seller an offer they can't refuse, only he doesn't resort to firearms when dealing (that I know of). He's funny, smart, and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. Lisa is the other half of this awesome team that handles all the paperwork, has a Rolodex-like mind that keeps all the seemingly-gibberish legal jargon in line and spelled out in your favor. like a hawk, she spots any and all kinks and if she smells a rat, she smacks it with her contract-hammer. I couldn't think of any other team of real-estate agents I'd want in my corner. And I mean that with total sincerity. If I ever buy another house, it will ONLY be with these two. If anyone I know ever needs a real-estate agent(s), I'll recommend Lisa & Steve every time. Let's put it this way; they're permanently in my phone's contact list as well as my email list.
