About Lisa

As a lifelong resident of the Williamsburg area, Lisa specializes in luxury and lifestyle homes and especially loves working with waterfront and equestrian properties. She can help clients determine and highlight those exceptional property features of luxury homes. Lisa has personally lived on an equestrian estate for 15 years and currently lives on a navigable local river, which leads to the Chesapeake Bay.

Lisa has built many personal and professional business relationships through her network of friends, family, colleagues, and clients. She has spent the last 16 years as a licensed real estate professional, in Williamsburg and the surrounding counties of Central Virginia and Hampton Roads, first as a Realtor and now as an Associate Broker in the Coldwell Banker Traditions office.

She started her business career by establishing and managing a regional restaurant. While raising her children, she made the change to running an equine sales and boarding facility from her home stable. Through these sales and service industries, she came to understand the importance of excellent professional customer service.

She strives to find positive solutions to challenges with creative, out-of-the-box strategies, giving her clients a trustworthy partner in their real estate transaction. Her commitment level to her clients as well as effective collaboration with her professional colleagues has earned her a remarkable reputation in her community.
