If I could add 10 more stars to their rating, it still wouldn't reflect the incredible amount of service, tenacity and professionalism Lisa and Tank provided for my estate house sale.

They went to extreme lengths to overcome every obstacle that prevented the sale, from the physical condition of the house and property, to all sorts of legal barriers.

They always had a solution, and whenever we had a code or legal issue, their team and network of experts worked through every situation efficiently and reasonably to finally complete the transaction.

We could not have done it without Lisa and Tank. They are the most "can do" and "get it done" team I've ever worked with. Thank you Lisa and Tank!

Lisa did such a great job on the sale of my home recently. Her and her husband Tank made sure to walk us through the entire process and explain everything in detail. I lived out of state and they assisted me in finding contractors for minor repairs needed for closing. They also made sure that they place was locked up and secured after every visit with buyers realtors. They go above and beyond to help make the sale go as smooth as possible. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Lisa for any properties that you need assistance buying or selling.

It was a very pleasant experience.
Lisa took all the worry out of it and made it easy. With her vast experience and knowledge in the market, she offered her opinion and offered guidance but the ultimate decision making was up to me. She always kept me updated and was very responsive to phone calls, texts, or emails.

I usually don't do this because I believe good service should just be a given when it comes to doing business with someone. But the service has been so exceptional that I have to say something. Lisa and Tank's (Jeff) service continues far beyond the day of sale! They truly care about their clients and the ongoing relationship is amazing. From friendly notes making sure everything is going well in our new place, ideas on where to get appliances and other services, to just this week receiving a note from them along with the Tax information from our purchase last September that they knew we would need for filing our taxes this year! Amazing! They saved me a lot of time and hassle looking through all our paperwork from the sale for that information! Above and beyond service!
