San Luis Valley native and a graduate of Adams State University, I specialize in the listing and sales of residential properties in the San Luis Valley. Due to the size of the San Luis Valley Real Estate market I am multifaceted, in addition to selling and listing residential properties, I am well versed at commercial, vacant land and farm and ranch. But what I really love is finding the perfect home for a buyer, a remarkable investment for an investor or to help someone start anew with the sale of their home. I started my career in real estate twelve years ago as a mortgage broker. It was at the urging of a local Realtor that I left the finance portion of real estate and moved into sales.
