About Lisa
There’s no doubt Lisa Mayer is a Texan – inside and out! Her welcoming personality and love of the land come from her Grimes County roots, while her husband, Monty, a 5th generation Fayette County resident, is not only her partner in life but that additional resource that adds unique insight to the area.
Lisa began her real estate career as a Sales Associate in 1984, while earning a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M, and later obtained her broker license in 1988. She has proudly served multiple positions at the South Central Board of Realtors including president from 2011-2013. For the 2017 year, she served as the Board's Secretary. Lisa is a 2011 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and was named the South Central Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year in both 2011 and 2017. Lisa joined Round Top Real Estate in January 1996 and has consistently been a top producer.
Lisa loves helping others and making a positive difference. She has held numerous offices with the Carmine Lions Club, as well as a director of the Round Top Carmine ISD Education Foundation, director of the Round Top Family Library, and a member of the Texas Women’s League. The importance of family, a strong work ethic, and community involvement are traits she and her husband are proud to pass on to their children, Claire and Adam.
