Lisa McCann

Lisa is a finance professional who for 20+ years provided business services for corporations and high-net worth individuals. Lisa leverages her business, negotiation and regulatory experience to consult with buyers and sellers of properties to ensure they have successful and profitable transactions. She enjoys the complexity of a transaction and also specializes in the challenging probate process.

Lisa has dual-state real estate licenses where she maintains her residences in each region (Santa Barbara/Montecito, California and Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado), traveling back-and-forth each month, and as needed.

When Lisa isn’t navigating complex business transactions, you can find her cycling or hiking the hills of Santa Barbara and Aspen, in the ocean swimming or catching waves on her surfboard, and doing yoga. Lisa is active in the community. She runs the yoga program for the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation in Santa Barbara, sharing the joys of yoga with students of various degrees of disabilities. She also volunteers at the Aspen Humane Society and DAWG.

As a single mother, Lisa is proud of her daughter’s accomplishments who graduated with highest honors from the Masters program at UCLA Anderson School of Business while holding down a full time career job.
