Sydney Morales was outstanding! My husband and I were buying our first home after just moving to Ohio last year, so her local knowledge and specific experience with the older homes we were interested in helped us immensely. She knew all the red flags to look out for, what would make a strong offer, and was comforting when we lost or had a string of disappointing showings. We gained confidence and learned something new with every showing as she was happy to answer all of our questions and break down complicated processes for us. Once our offer was accepted, closing was a breeze as well. Online tools were very convenient and everyone was quick to answer our questions via text/call/email. Thanks to Sydney, we now have an incredible first home that checks all of our boxes. We’ll be highly recommending Team Morales to our friends in the area when they’re ready to buy their first homes too!

We are lucky enough to have Team Morales in search for our very first house from house touring to closing. Sydney was very professional, patient and helpful taking us houses to houses, explaining things that we need to look out(since we have not much experience), giving her opinions about the house(sincere and not pushy at all) etc. They have been really understanding about our situation and patiently worked things out over time, communication was very clear and they answered all of our questions as soon as possible.
