With my last realtor, I seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing or what I wanted. Lisa was the complete opposite. She listened to what my husband and I wanted in a house in the areas that we wanted. We were prepared for this process to take half a year but we were able to find our dream home within a month.

Every morning, we would get emails of the new available houses for sale within our criteria. We would rate the ones we like to see. Then Lisa would schedule a viewing as soon as I got off of work. Even when she wasn’t available, she had a team of people would help us. She was away quick to answer any of my questions (even the stupid ones). When we bid for the home, she was able to advise me what I may want to do to seal the deal.

Any relator can look for a house, but a good one will find you a home. If you want find a house that feels warm and cozy, then Lisa is the person you want.

In less than three months from the day I reached out to Lisa about buying a house, we were sitting together at closing. My husband and I were ready to buy (with our pre-approval ready) and Lisa made everything happen quickly. Lisa is so knowledgeable and can answer any question! (Definitely not my experience with other agents). I'm so happy we went with her and will definitely work with her again in the future! Between phone calls, text, and emails, she is so responsive and makes sure you are always in the loop on where you are at in the process. She also is a huge advocate for her clients and in our case, was able to get our entire roof repaired (by the sellers' insurance)! We were so grateful!

Lisa is everything you could dream of from a realtor. She's patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and follows through with her promises.

We are first time home buyers and we minutes away from purchasing a home with bad foundation. Lisa stepped in an offered her professional opinion on the health hazard and financial burden of owning a home of this condition. I appreciate that she looked after our well-being instead of pushing the deal through.

Lisa Nguyen is the perfect Real Estate agent for me! I have used her 3 times now and every transaction has been very smooth. I have purchased two rental properties through her and have also purchased our home.
