Lisa sold our home in Cedar Rapids this summer(2021) and she was outstanding. Before choosing an agent, My wife and I researched to see who we thought would be the best choice based on willingness to spend the time, and effort it would take to list and promote our home and finding us a new home.

After a short meeting with Lisa at our home, she answered all our question, provided objective data, shared all the recent housing trends and a few small changes we would need to maximize our listing. She took the extra steps to have our house prepared, professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away, our house looked amazing. Her knowledge and hard work really paid off. The first person who saw the property made us an offer at the asking price and the house was sold in a matter of hours.

When we began looking for a home, she listened to our needs and expectations. Lisa never tried to up-sell or recommend a property that wasn’t in our budget. She shared her knowledge and experience to find us a home that exceeded all our expectations.

Her professionalism and attention to detail in navigating the loan process and bank closing was amazing, at no time did we feel overwhelmed or uninformed.
