We had a unique historic home to sell in Manchester. It needed some updating and a buyer who was motivated to make some repairs. Lisa was a master at staging the house and with the MLS photos that captured the charm of the house. During the contract process Lisa was very helpful in negotiating a good price for the property in a down market. We had tried to sell the property the year before with another agent from a different broker without any luck. The difference in attention to detail was amazing. Lisa got our house sold! We are snowbirds who decided that we are too old to live in two places. Our choice for one place was Florida so we needed to sell our retirement condo purchased in CT.
