With over 20 years' experience in Real Estate, and most of those years were at Crye-Leike. Lisa O'Neal has been a Realtors since July of 2021. She has achieved recognition as a Multi-Million Club since 2015 and Realtor of the Year in 2013. Lisa has received Circle of Excellence award in 2024 and earing her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2023.

Lisa loves Crittenden and Marion. She was named Chamber member of the Year 2011 and founded MOMs of Marion. As a board member of Marion School District Foundation, Marion City Foundation, and Bright Futures Marion.

Lisa was elected to the Crittenden County Quorum Court in 2012 and as Justice of the Peace she still serves as part of County Government. She had a key role in the Crittenden County's 200 Birthday Celebration.
