My home buying experience with Lisa Pflugh was perfect. I was living in California, trying to sell my old place, while we were looking for new homes in Colorado Springs. Lisa set us up with an automated search for houses matching our needs and we were able to use this to select a dozen or so properties we were interested in. We were only able to fly into town for a couple of days to do the in-person tours and Lisa was able to show us all the places we'd selected, gave us great advice about what to look for (being from California we had little experience with winters, hail storms, or basements), and we were able to make an offer and get it accepted that same day! We closed on that house last week and were able to do all the paperwork online and at home in CA, and we look forward to moving in soon! Lisa also gave us some great leads for loan officers, insurance agents, and really everyone we needed to work with. Absolutely recommend working with her and her team if you can.

We are relocating from Indiana to Colorado Springs this summer. We weren’t entirely sure if we would buy or rent, but we were hoping to have as many options as possible. We had three days, with two kiddos under 2 - and after a long road trip- to find something. I got in contact with Lisa and she was incredibly helpful from the very first conversation. Between her and JJ, they got us set up with recommended homes, both sales and rentals, which gave us tons of options to explore. We met with them when we got into town, set up showings, and between them and my husband and I stalking available options, we signed a lease on day three before leaving town. Their communication was phenomenal and they understood the time crunch we were under. I cannot recommend working with them enough. If we decide to settle in the area down the line, we’ll absolutely be contacting them!

First of all I operate Front Range Painters in town, so we do a lot of business with Lisa and her wonderful agents. Every client that comes across our desk from these lovely ladies has been absolutely phenomenal. Knowing her personally, I feel like this comes down to the energy, knowledge, experience, honesty, and professionalism that Lisa Pflugh herself exudes as an individual. Simply outstanding! Lisa helped us with the sale of our previous residence and the purchase of a new build. The sale of the previous home was at the beginning of the COVID restrictions. She was able to help us navigate the showing restrictions and her team produced a highly effective home video tour and pictures. She encouraged us to be patient and ultimately, we received asking price (which we 1st thought was a little too high) from an out of state buyer, sight unseen (outside of the video/pictures) and without a need for inspection (though we did provide a few videos/pictures of particular items the buyer wanted to assess).

As for the new home, we ran her around town many times looking at pre-existing homes; she was incredibly flexible and responsive given limited inventory. Ultimately, we decided on a new build--her knowledge of the area, market, relationships, builders, etc helped us secure pricing and a lot/design we wanted during a crazy market with limited availability and just before there was a significant price increase. Her assessments were spot on.

She and her team were awesome, responsive, and clearly knew how to plan, execute/negotiate, and close the deal. As a retired military family, we can't recommend Lisa and her team enough and look forward to working with her again.

Lisa has been more than we could have ever imagined for a realtor. She was a tremendous help in us purchasing a house while living in a different state. She was extremely responsive to calls, texts, emails, and did house tours on facetime before we were able to get physically to Colorado Springs. She is always ready with recommendations, contractors, and helpful tips.
