Lisa Resch, originally from Ohio, has called Washington DC home for more than 25 years. Her love of the area and its housing stock grew out of her own experience of lovingly renovating her 1913 home, which she shares with her husband and two children, in her beloved Chevy Chase, D.C. neighborhood. Long before she became an agent, she worked in and around the housing industry, laying the foundation for her next career.
Lisa brings more than 20 years of communication and skills to Compass, having worked in the new homebuilding industry with the National Association of Home Builders’ flagship Builder Magazine and with the EPA’s Energy Star Homes Program. For the past 25 years Lisa has been an and committed resident of Chevy Chase, D.C., volunteering and supporting Lafayette Elementary (previously serving as a board member and president of the Home and School Association), Wilson High School and Alice Deal middle school, Cap City Little League, St. Paul’s Shelter, the Avalon Theatre, the Chevy Chase Library, Chevy Chase Citizens Association, Main Street Chevy Chase, among so many others.
Known for her organization skills and attention to detail, Lisa has the ability to creatively, thoughtfully and efficiently solve problems and bring people together. With innate good taste and a great sense of style, she has the vision to help her clients present their homes in the best possible light. She is proud to be part of the Award-Winning Dana Rice Group where she can guide both buyers and sellers through one of their most personal and important decisions.
