Lisa showed use a lot of homes in Hunt county Tx prior to us choosing one.We worked with Lisa on the purchase of a short sale. It was a very difficult deal as the bank and the current owner were beyond difficult to say the least. Lisa was able to negotiate and renegotiate to our best interest on the deal. Although the deal did not go through after 9 months of hard work (no fault of our's or Lisa's) we would gladly use Lisa on the next home purchase and refer her to anyone. She works hard and to the best interest of her client, even when emotions go high.
