Lisa is a good friend and I was honestly skeptical of using her as our realtor. I have been in sales my whole life and I'm often not on the same page with realtors I work with. We decided to enlist her services and boy am I glad we did! Lisa listened and understood our concerns and wishes and mixed in great advice when necessary. She was the consummate professional and we couldn't be happier. Should have known this would be the case. I can honestly say she was the best realtor we've ever used. Lisa was amazing!! As first time home-owners and recently moving to a new state, we were really hesitant and naive of the process of buying a home. Lisa helped us feel confident and trust her experience completely! The market being so hot was a challenge but with her knowledge she helped us get our offer accepted and purchasing our first home. Lisa helped my partner and I find an amazing home! We worked with Lisa for 3 months during the crazy 1H 2021 housing market. She was very quick to respond to all texts and calls, and she was always available to tour options. By learning what we liked, she was able to help us make crucial decisions on certain properties. She helped coach us through never before seen due diligence costs and multiple offer situations. During the offer and closing processes she was extremely helpful in getting everything setup and communicating with all the different parties involved. We will definitely be using Lisa to help us sell and buy again in the future. We suggest her services to all!
