I cannot recommend Taylor Lynn and the whole Sabelhaus team of RE/MAX Town Center highly enough!

Taylor truly went above and beyond as my real estate agent. I was a first time homebuyer and very unfamiliar with the homebuying process and did not really know what I was looking for in a home. Taylor was incredibly patient with me throughout the process and was proactive in setting up multiple property viewings for me over the course of several weeks. Taylor was incredibly responsive to all of my questions whether in person, by phone, or by email and was able to schedule all of my property viewings during the weekends or weekday evenings to accommodate my work schedule. Not only was Taylor incredibly prompt in responding to my questions and requests, but she really educated me on the homebuying process, helped me refine my search criteria, and made great recommendations for how to structure my offer.

I ultimately went under contract on my home on New Year's Eve (which is also Taylor's birthday!) and she took time away from her celebrations to make sure everything got tied up to ensure I was in the best possible position to get my perfect home. That is a level of dedication I doubt I could find working with any other real estate agent!

From going under contract to settlement, the process could not have been easier for me thanks to the hard work put in by Taylor and my transaction coordinator Amanda Fletcher. They helped connect me with a great home inspection vendor and title/settlement agent, and coordinated several back-and-forth communications with the sellers as well as my lender. Taylor and Amanda double and triple checked all of the paperwork so I could rest easy knowing that there would be no surprises for me come settlement day.

Taylor was instrumental in helping my roommates and I find a place to rent. I have purchased and sold 6 primary residences over the course of life stages from started home, to raising children, to reaching financial milestones and the latest, to downsizing and preparing for retirement. My luck with realtors and selling property was always stressful, unpredictable and financially disappointing. That was, until my latest experience selling my home with the Sabelhaus Team. We are enjoying our new home in Gaithersburg thanks to our wonderful agent Matt Ovington. At the time we bought our condo, we were living in California so we really depended on Matt to know the area and do almost all of the legwork involved. He was always easily available but never pushy. He really listened to our requests and helped us find the home in the right location with the amenities we wanted and at the right price. We had to do our in-person searching on trips to Maryland and Matt was able to work around our schedule to maximize the time we had here. I just sold my townhouse in Silver Spring and Diane Bernard was my listing agent. The sales process exceeded my expectations in terms of speed, ease of transaction and final price. What impressed me about Diane was her professionalism and knowledge of the field. Not only that, but she has a very capable and well organized team supporting her. Diane and her team gave me advice on how to prepare my house for sale, arranged for professional photos, pre-marketed the house before it was even listed, generated over 20 showings in a few days and got multiple good offers. Diane did the due diligence to choose the best offer in terms of financing and buyer conditions. Once we were under contract, Diane stayed regularly in touch with me to update me on the progress. She checked frequently with the buyer's agent and the title company to make sure the financing was coming through. In the end closing went as expected. When there was an issue with a lien release, Charity went out of her way to ensure that the sale of our home stayed on track. She understood the anxiety and emotional element a seller can experience during this time. We chose the Sabelhaus Team after interviewing them and two other real estate agencies. They are very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in the real estate market. We felt very comfortable working with them. A particular dilemma we had was pricing our house for sale. One realtor interviewed wanted to list for much less than what we had hoped. The market analysis Lisa and Joe provided us, and their confidence in their analysis proved accurate. The estimate of net proceeds from the sale was helpful. Their “coming soon” strategy seemed to work, as we received an offer within 2 days after initial showings of the house. We were under contract for full list price that evening. Communication with Lisa, Joe, and their staff was always prompt and very helpful. Our overall experience with the Sabelhaus Team was positive, and would definitely recommend them.
