We were looking for rural property 10 years ago. Lisa was the only realtor in the area that would help us with this. We are getting older and are now planning to sell the property she helped us purchase 10 years ago. She has already helped us out with a preliminary appraisal. Once we are ready to list we wouldn't even consider anyone else to help us with this. She is very good at what she does.

Lisa is a delight to work with. When we put our lake house up for sale, we listed it with 2 previous agents before selecting Lisa. Needless to say, it didn’t sell with the other agents because they did not put the effort into marketing the house nor did they dedicate the time and resources Lisa provides through her experience and knowledge. Where the other 2 agents failed, Lisa sold our house in 30 days and provided us lots of showings. She even managed to get our house featured in D Magazine. Lisa knows how to market and sell a house and she’s great to work with. I highly recommend her.

We've been working with Lisa for a year trying to find the perfect lakehouse. Although we've not settled on one, she has shown patience, understanding and knowledge throughout the entire process. If I see one online that looks interesting, Lisa is always honest about the pros and cons before I make the drive. Lisa is more interested in helping us find the right place than just making a sell.
