As Co-Owner and Managing Broker for Cascade Properties & Investments / CPI Property Management in Washington, I specialize in Multi Family Investments, Property Management, Business Sales & Leasing and Residential Sales. Here I have the pleasure to oversee the property management company, along with Business/Commercial/Residential sales & leasing with a beautiful team of brokers! I formerly served as an associate broker in Arizona, overseeing Business Transactions. I am currently a licensed Managing Broker in Washington and formerly held an Associate Broker's license in Arizona.

In 2012, I was previously associated with The Cascade Team Real Estate, as Managing Broker and Branch Manager, overseeing Property Management, Business & Commercial Sales & Leasing and Residential Sales. In 2016, my husband & I purchased the property management company and formed a new brokerage Cascade Properties & Investments, LLC. With this model, we are able to diversify to meet the needs of our clients, helping with property sales from residential to multifamily and onboarding into property management. Many times, tenants wish to purchase the home they are renting, and we handle this transaction seamlessly! Or a client that is selling their home may decide to lease instead. We handle it all! I could not do what I do without the amazing mentorship and experience originally with Windermere Real Estate in 1995 - 2003 in the Seattle Metro Area. From 2004 - 2012, I served as Broker/Owner of a national business broker franchise, providing professional brokerage services to business and commercial clients in the State of Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas regions. Here we owned our own brokerage to run the franchise and later separated from the franchise company and formed Southwest Business & Commercial Realty, overseeing over 40 broker/agents and 11 franchises. In 2012, my husband and I came back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest and partnered with Doug Young @ TCT Real Estate in Arizona and Washington to bring the business brokerage services under one umbrella for both states.
