Lisa was a remarkable partner in helping us sell the father-n-laws house. She provided much needed guidance in the beginning stages of the rehab to let us know what the market was focused on, and what our price target should be based on her analysis of the comparables. This enabled us to invest in the right updates to the house before going to market. Once complete we went to market and sold in about 2 weeks!! I can’t say enough great things about how she helped us every start along the way.

Lisa is wonderful! She has now helped me sell my home and find a perfect new home! She is patient, understanding, and responsive. She really cares for her clients and will work hard to find you what the perfect new home. She really goes above and beyond to understand your needs and she finds available homes to match as exact as possible opposed to just sending you endless homes that do not match your spec or price range. She also looks at the market closely for what features sell a property and proposes suggestions for ensuring your property will sale quickly! I will always use Lisa when purchasing or selling my properties!

It was a pleasure working with Lisa as my Agent. She was friendly and patient with all of my shenanigans. HA! We had fun going to check out properties and more so when we settled on a new construction and going through the selections process. Now that the home is complete, I sure will be reaching out to her again when/if it ever comes time to sell. Why? Because... SHE HELPED BUILD IT! DUH! She knows it inside and out. Plus, if we had so much fun and such a great experience buying it, why wouldn't I want her to sell it. ;-)

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Lisa as my realtor. I moved to Nashville a few months ago and I had never been to the city beforehand. Lisa was a huge help when narrowing down areas to live in. She was prompt when arriving for showings and was always knowledgeable about the areas and what to look for when viewing a home. When I found the home for me, she was there every step of the way until closing. Her level of knowledge and genuine care for her client made the whole process go better than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend Lisa as your next realtor if you're looking to buy or sell in the Nashville area.
