About Lisa

Lisa Shaw, Broker/Owner, started her Real Estate career with Atlantic Builders, at that time, the largest locally owned new home builder in the Jacksonville market. Her career evolved from there to become the Broker for a custom home builder. She spent 11 years with Williams and Rowe Custom Homes Inc., in the Jacksonville/Ortega areas. In March of 2015, her husband decided to return to home to Kingsley Lake. In 2017 she and her husband, Marty Shaw, bought Coldwell Banker Smith and Smith Realty from Tom and Ingrid Smith. Tom and Ingrid stayed on in a semi-retired status, sharing their real estate knowledge and love of the community. With all of her experience and knowledge, she most enjoys her ability to listen and understand her client’s needs and to focus on customer service.
