A native Texan, Lisa graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business Administration. Before she worked in real estate, her work was focused on contracts. She worked for several organizations, and helped them draft, solicit, negotiate, award, and administer contracts for supplies and services. The experience and training that she received in that field was incredibly useful in her real estate career, helping her with the many necessary contract documents, as well as the critical negotiations.
Lisa made the decision to go into real estate because she loves helping people. They had purchased a house and moved from south Arlington to Waxahachie, and the whole process was fascinating. Of course, she loved watching Chip and Joanna Gaines, Flip or Flop, and the other HGTV shows, and real estate looked fun! Once she got her license and started to work in the industry, the biggest surprise to her was how personal the process is, especially for residential properties. Working with families to buy or sell is so rewarding! She loves really getting to know them and understanding what their needs are so she can help them in the best way possible. When they get to the closing table, it's such a joyful experience because not only has she been able to help a sweet family, but also made new friends.
As a Realtor®, Lisa uses the latest technology to help each client. Every client and every home is different, but she works hard to use the right mix of technology needed for each situation. She would love to talk to you more about how she can help you and your family, or someone you know!
