Lisa is amazing. As a first-time home buyer I was a little overwhelmed with the process and paperwork, but her expertise helped me navigate through it all and kept me on track. Her knowledge of the area and local properties is impressive, and she's committed to finding a home she knows you'll love. Based on this experience, she's definitely going to be the first person I call if I need an agent again!

My girlfriend and I were looking to move from Cleveland to Toledo and started our home search with a different realtor. In order to walk the home's, we had at least 4 hours of driving round trip, so we really hoped to make the most of our visits. With the first realtor, they were unprepared, having no additional homes for us to look at outside of the list that we had made. Lisa, on the other hand, understood what we were looking for and what we were doing to find a house. On our first (and only) day, she had a great list of properties for us to explore. The list was probably too good since narrowing down our favorite was very challenging, but we selected the house we wanted and started working on the offer. From there, Lisa remained very active, ensuring that we had everything we needed every step of the way. I highly recommend Lisa if you're looking for your new home.

Moving from Dallas to the Toledo area was a task unto itself. Finding Lisa was like finding an angel. From the moment we contacted her she made our experience seamless. Lisa listened to what our exact needs were, and proceeded to help us and communicate long distance continuously. Once we were able to find the right home, she consulted and walked us through buying our home, again long distance. Helped with video and pictures and anything else to give us comfort until we were able to fly up and see the home we were interested in, which wound up being perfect. Lisa's knowledge, patience and overall her attention to detail is above and beyond what anyone could ask for in one the most highly stressful experiences in your life. Lisa is a gem. Can't thank her enough!
