This review is intended for anyone who is a first-time home buyer, an active duty or veteran service member, someone looking to sell their home, or someone looking for an agent who will not only help them sell their home, but will go to bat and advocate for them. This wonderful human being is Lisa Wilberger. Here's my personal experience with Lisa and the many reasons why you SHOULD also consider using her as your agent.
My cousin had sold her house and recommended I use Lisa to sell mine. I gave Lisa a call, introduced myself, and explained what I was hoping to do, from out of state. From that moment, she gave me suggestions on how we could tackle getting the house ready to put on the market. Within a couple of weeks, (and by the way, this included cleaning and fixing things from the previous tenant) the house was ready to put on the market. It even included a drone footage of the house! The most important message I want to get across in this review is how Lisa advocated for me when it came time to deal with "fixing things" in the house. She did her magic working with third party vendors to ensure I was getting the best deal and quality service. I was extremely appreciative of how she handled every part of the negotiation, especially since I was out of state and had to rely on Lisa to be my eyes and ears.
In the end, Lisa did what she set out to do and that was to sell my house. I'm very grateful for her and what she brings to the table. So, there you have my review. Remember, when you need someone to advocate for you, whether it's buying or selling, LISA WILBERGER will get it done!

She arrived promptly and conducted herself in a professional and courteous manner. Although we ultimately decided against purchasing the house, we recognized the need to list our own property. Lisa is everything you would want from a realtor - responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and above all honest! When we were buying our first home, it was a crazy market. The first realtor we worked with was not very involved and it seemed like she took a hands off approach. But when we started working with Lisa, she was always following up with us and making sure we were on the same page. If we ever had questions we knew she would be straightforward and honest about a listing or about an offer’s strengths and weaknesses, which was very reassuring. Even though I know Lisa has several clients, she always treated us as though we were her only clients. She was very responsive any time we called day or night.
