Lisa absolutely made the buying process for a first time home buyer nearly painless. She was always available when I had questions and when I was wanting to see a house! She was very prompt on sending me information about the properties I was considering making an offer on. There was communication between her and I everyday during the closing process and I was confident everything was going to go smoothly at the closing! Being a young adult, she guided me to the safest neighborhood and never showed me a house outside of my set budget. With unexpected issues occurring right before closing on my new house, Lisa made certain to have everything addressed and answers before the date set to close. After 2 months of living in my perfect home Lisa helped me buy, she continues to keep in contact regarding the repairs that had been made! I couldn't have found a better realtor in the Charlotte area, and Lisa will definitely be my listing and selling agent if I ever move in the future. -Nicole C.

Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Lisa Williams. We would highly recommend her to everyone. When my husband and I decided to sell our house, Lisa worked up a market analysis and priced our house for more than we believed we will be able to get for it. We went through the house, room by room, and she made suggestions about what we could do to stage the home so it would be more appealing. We were able to do all the things on her to-do list, and then signed the contract. Beautiful photos were taken, and the house was put on the multiple listing site. We had calls for showings within an hour of the house being listed, and within two days, we received multiple offer and by the third day, the house was sold with full price offer. Lisa also sold our second house within 3 three days with full price offer as well. All in all, we would say every detail of the sales are handled professionally, promptly and with our complete satisfaction. -Judy T.
