Over the past decade we have worked with 4 different realtors on purchasing and selling various properties. We were never really satisfied until our most recent experience with Lisa. She definitely exceeded our expectations!

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with for both purchasing our current home and selling our previous home.

She is professional, flexible, and extremely knowledgeable.

She would work around our schedules to accommodate when we both were available to look at a home. She would give us as much time as we needed to discuss each property (sometimes spending over an hour in the street discussing the home’s pros and cons). She would give us her honest opinion of a home when we asked but would also point out potential (costly) flaws in a property that we were overlooking while focusing only on the positive aspects. For example, the first home that we looked at we both were very excited about and talked about all the positive aspects of the home. Lisa was also very positive about the home but thankfully pointed out some foundational issues that we weren’t paying any attention to. We appreciated her honest/helpful observation and knew that she wasn’t going to treat us like a business transaction and try to push us into something quickly. She genuinely wanted us to get the right home for us!

She sold our home for us at lighting speed, and made it as stress free as possible. Lisa was excellent to work with. She took the time to figure out our needs in a home, worked late into many nights helping us through the home buying process, and gave us confidence in our decisions. At one point, things were looking bleak. Instead of pushing just any house on us, she pushed us to be patient and ultimately we got what we wanted. From start to close, Lisa earned our trust. Saying that Lisa is great at her job is an absolute understatement.

She is knowledgeable, kind, knows when to add her recommendation and steer us in the right direction and when to sit back and listen to our concerns.

Lisa helped my find my first apartment in Chicago 6 years ago and I called her back because I knew she'd be a great person to have on our team when buying our new home.

She pointed out structural concerns, gave us recommendations on how long and how much repairs would be AND was available and knowledgeable when we needed every detail of the purchase transaction to be broken down for us.

I can't recommend her enough. She truly was an invested partner in the purchase of our home.
